Genevieve Aichele

Genevieve Aichele has been performing, directing and teaching theatre for the past 30 years. She is the artistic director of New Hampshire Theatre Project in Portsmouth and, in 2001, she received the prestigious Governors' Arts Award for Excellence in Arts in Education. In her performing work, Genevieve combines movement, music and theatre with traditional storytelling techniques to weave tales of wonder, courage and humor for all ages. Clarinet & Story with musician Karen Johnson features stories for children and families. Milestones & Turning Points with Pat Spalding & Karen Johnson is designed specifically for adult audiences. Genevieve frequently collaborates with other artists in various disciplines for residencies, workshops and performances. She also offers custom-designed workshops in arts integration for educators, and presentation-skills coaching to business and community leaders.
