![]() Tyler at Pride School Saori Weaving Program Youth VSA arts of New Hampshire provides artist residencies in visual arts, music, dance, literary arts, and theatre for over 550 students with disabilities in alternative and public school programs each year. Teaching artists work with educators in core curriculum classrooms and link residency activities with the New Hampshire Curriculum Standards and the Arts Education Frameworks. African Drummer Steve Ferraris, a VSA arts of NH roster artist, helped a resident at Spaulding Youth Center find his "voice" through music; the first song the resident wrote and recorded was about his growth. VSA arts of NH has provided residencies and professional development to the following schools and community organizations.
